Auto-generated Token

This is the quickest way for you to gain internet access.

The token name will be the transaction's M-Pesa receipt number.

STEP 1

Select a package and enter your phone number as shown below, then click on Pay.

STEP 2

You will get the following response. Click on Check Status and wait for payment to be processed

STEP 3

M-Pesa Tool kit will be activated. Enter Pin and finish the transaction

STEP 4

Click on Check Status to check the status of transaction. After successful transaction, click on Start Browsing to access the internet.

Create Subscriber Portal

Create subscriber account on the portal for additional features. Such features include:

1. Create a reusable custom token name and token pass. You can change them whenever you want
2. See status of your internet subscription i.e time left to expiry, devices used
3. Remove devices from accessing the internet that are using your token name and pass
4. See historical payments
5. Get exclusive deals not accessible to token access

The following steps will help you create a subscriber account in the portal.

STEP 1

Tap on the top right part of the screen and click on Register.

STEP 2

Fill in the registration form and click on Register.

Create Token

The following steps will demonstrate how to create a token name and token pass, and make a payment.

NOTE the following:

1. You can only make a payment after creating a token name and token pass.
2. You can only change the token name and pass if there are no active devices.

STEP 1

Log in to your portal. Skip this step if you're already logged in.

STEP 2

Fill in the Token name and token pass to create the token.

STEP 3

Select a package and enter your phone number as shown below, then click on Pay.

STEP 4

You will get the following response. Click on Check Status and wait for payment to be processed

STEP 5

M-Pesa Tool kit will be activated. Enter Pin and finish the transaction

STEP 6

Click on Check Status to check the status of transaction. After successful transaction, click on Start Browsing to access the internet.

STEP 7

Active devices will appear on the active devices section.

STEP 8

Use other devices to access the internet using the newly made token name and pass.
